Go to crushcert.com, click Sign In, then Forgot password, and enter the email you signed up with. The reset email comes from noreply@crushcert.com, usually within a minute or two. If you are already signed in, open Account and click Send password reset email.

Check your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder, and make sure you typed the same email you signed up with. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Email support@crushcert.com from that address and we will sort it out.

Verifying keeps free trials to one per person. Click the link in the email from noreply@crushcert.com, then come back and click I've verified, refresh on your dashboard. The study tools unlock right away.

No. Accounts created with Continue with Google sign in with Google every time, so there is no separate CrushCert password to reset.

Open Account and click Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and study history and cancels any active subscription. It cannot be undone.

Every new account gets 7 days of full access, and no credit card is needed to start. Free trials are limited to one per person.

No. Starting a trial never charges you. When it ends, the study tools lock until you choose a plan.

One exam is $10 a month for Associate-level certifications or $15 a month for Professional-level ones. The Associate plan is $19 a month for every Associate-level exam, and $24 a month covers every exam we offer. See the pricing section for the current list.

Sign in, click Account, then Manage subscription. That opens our secure billing page (run by Stripe). Click Cancel subscription and confirm. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Use the same Account → Manage subscription page. You can update your payment method, switch plans and see your invoices there.

Because the 7-day free trial lets you try everything first, payments are non-refundable (see section 6 of our Terms). Cancelling stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of your paid period. If something did not work the way it should, please tell us.

Open the menu and choose Change Exam, then pick your certification. Single-exam plans unlock the one exam you chose; bundle plans unlock every exam they cover.

Yes. CrushCert runs in any modern browser on phone, tablet or computer, and your progress follows your account. Sign in with the same email on each device.

No. Every question is written for CrushCert against the vendor's published exam objectives. We do not use or sell real exam content. How our questions are built.

After you answer a question, click Something wrong with this question? under the explanation. Pick a reason, add a note if you like, and send it. Reports go straight to our team, and we review every one.

We check it against the official vendor documentation. If it is wrong or unclear, we fix it for everyone. If you added a note and we need more detail, we will reply to the email on your account.
