Terms of Service

1. Who can use CrushCert

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. By using CrushCert you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. What CrushCert is

CrushCert provides practice questions, practice exams, flashcards, hands-on labs, and related study tools to help you prepare for professional IT certification exams. CrushCert is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Cisco, CompTIA, Amazon Web Services, or any other certification body. "CCNA," "CCNP," "CompTIA," "A+," "Security+," "AWS," and other exam and product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the exams our materials help you prepare for. Our practice questions are original study materials and are not real exam questions.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account is intended for one person. You may not share, transfer, or sell your account or access.
• Notify us promptly at support@crushcert.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free trial

We may offer a free trial (currently 7 days) that gives you access to study tools for the exam you select, with no credit card required to start. Free trials are limited to one per person, and we use reasonable measures to prevent trial abuse (see our Privacy Policy). When your trial ends, access to paid features stops unless you choose to subscribe — we will not automatically charge you for simply starting a trial.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

• Plans and pricing. Paid access is sold as monthly subscriptions — for example, single-exam plans and multi-exam bundles. Current prices are shown on the site at the time you subscribe.
• Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method the applicable recurring fee.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. Each renewal charges your payment method the then-current price for your plan.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your account (via the billing portal) or by contacting us. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Price changes. We may change prices; any change applies to future billing periods, and we will give you reasonable notice.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Because we offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying, we do not issue refunds once a subscription charge is made. Canceling stops future charges; your access remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, sell, resell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, labs, or other content.
• Share your account, or use automated tools to scrape, download, or bulk-extract content.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the paywall, access controls, or trial limits.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including questions, explanations, labs, text, graphics, and software — is owned by CrushCert or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own exam preparation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. No guarantee of results

CrushCert is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own preparation and the policies of the certifying body.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content is complete or accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrushCert and Bridge10 Wireless LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrushCert and Bridge10 Wireless LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
