CHANGELOG

What we have been changing

Last updated: July 29, 2026

We say the question bank and the tools are actively maintained. This page is the evidence. It lists user-facing changes; the newest are first.

July 2026

Report a question you think is wrong

Every question now has a “Something wrong with this question?” link on the answer screen and in mock-exam review. Reports are grouped by question so repeated flags on the same item surface immediately. Previously there was no way to tell us at all.

Tell us how your exam went

You can now set your exam date, and we will ask afterwards whether you passed. This is how we find out whether our Readiness Score actually predicts anything — and if it does not, we would rather know.

AWS SysOps (SOA-C02) taken off sale

AWS retired the SysOps Administrator SOA-C02 exam on 29 September 2025 and replaced it with SOA-C03, the CloudOps Engineer – Associate. We have removed it rather than keep selling preparation for an exam nobody can book. Our SOA-C03 material is being rebuilt against the new exam guide.

Better question selection

Fixed a bug where studying a topic with flashcards made the quiz engine treat those questions as already mastered, so it stopped showing them to you. If you use Guided Learning, this was working against you.

Fairer mock exams

If you abandon a mock exam part-way, the questions you never reached are no longer recorded as ones you got wrong.

Accessibility and mobile

The lab terminal no longer zooms the page on iPhone when you type, and autocorrect no longer mangles IOS commands. Account settings are now reachable from the mobile menu. Text contrast raised to meet WCAG AA across the site, and the mock-exam timer no longer flashes during the final minutes.

Leaving a mock exam now asks first

Navigating away mid-exam used to discard your attempt silently. It now confirms.

Earlier in 2026

  • Guided Learning — a daily plan that picks what to study next based on your weakest topics and which flashcards are due.
  • Hands-on lab simulator — real Cisco IOS command-line scenarios, drag-and-drop exercises, and fault-finding tickets, with fresh targets generated on each attempt.
  • Subnetting lab and a free subnet calculator.
  • Spaced-repetition flashcards that reschedule across sessions.
  • Sign in with Google.
  • Question bank quality pass — answer-key accuracy review, encoding fixes, and a rewrite of wrong options so the correct answer is not simply the longest one.
